Because many of our pieces are luxury, collectible, or one-of-a-kind items, additional care is taken during fulfillment and shipment.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • Processing times may be slightly extended during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

All shipping costs are displayed before completing your purchase.


Packaging Standards

To help preserve the condition and structure of each item, orders are carefully packaged using protective materials appropriate for luxury goods.

Handbags and structured items may include:

  • Protective wrapping
  • Interior stuffing
  • Dust bags
  • Reinforced packaging materials

We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging and included materials in the event a return is requested.


Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Please allow carriers additional transit time during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.

PennyLayne is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information entered at checkout.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified or rerouted.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the item and any visible damage

Claims related to lost or stolen packages may require coordination with the shipping carrier.


Signature Confirmation

Certain high-value orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery for security purposes.
