Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
What is the return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition with all original packaging, authenticity materials, protective films, and security tags intact.
Returns showing signs of wear, stains, scuffs, transfer marks, removed protective film, or missing accessories may not be accepted.

Are your items authentic?
Yes. Every item is carefully inspected and authenticated before being listed. Returned items are also subject to a verification process to help prevent counterfeit and “switch-and-return” fraud.
What condition are the items in?
Each product is individually assessed and photographed. Any visible signs of wear or imperfections are clearly noted in the product description and imagery.
What needs to be included with my return?
Returns must include:
- Original dust bag
- Authenticity cards
- Gift boxes (if included)
- Original protective wrapping and hardware film
- Security tags (if attached)
How should I package my return?
Please return handbags in their original shipping box (or one of equal size). Do not fold, flatten, or compress the item during shipment, as this may cause permanent creasing.
Please keep the original paper stuffing inside the bag to help maintain its shape during transit.
How long does return processing take?
Please allow 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse for inspection, authentication, and refund authorization.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 10% restocking fee may apply to select high-value luxury handbags to cover professional cleaning, handling, and re-authentication.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
